- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup unflavored whey protein powder or egg white protein powder
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 large egg white
Garlic Butter:
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt
